Filing a Petition for Divorce
Read the Instructions for Filing a Divorce in order to determine which forms you will need.
If you have questions after reading the instructions, please seek the advice of an attorney. The Kansas Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service may help you find an attorney. To receive a referral, complete this referral form.
The Kansas Judicial Council cannot provide advice about which form to use or how to fill out a form. If you have questions, please look at the information on our Resources page.
