These forms are updated versions of the Appendix of Forms that appeared in the Kansas Statutes at K.S.A. 60-268 prior to 2005. The forms are intended to be illustrative of the simplicity and brevity that the Kansas Rules of Civil Procedure contemplate, and use of the forms is not required by law.
